Galería Reus is a contemporary art gallery based in Mallorca whose trajectory dates back to 2003. Over the years, the project has evolved through different forms of collaboration and programming, consolidating itself as a space dedicated to the research, production, and dissemination of contemporary art.
The gallery works with emerging and mid-career artists, supporting the development of their practices while creating a context for dialogue, experimentation, and reflection around the diverse forms of contemporary artistic expression. Its program is characterized by a diversity of languages and approaches, as well as an interest in establishing connections between the local artistic scene and the international context.
From Mallorca, Galería Reus aims to actively contribute to the contemporary cultural ecosystem by promoting projects that encourage exchange, artistic research, and the development of new perspectives.

Alícia Santamaria Binimelis (Palma de Mallorca, 1994) is a visual artist who graduated with a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona. Her practice is distinguished by the integration of research into the creative process, combining ethnographic methods—such as participatory practices—with artistic creation and production. Working primarily through sculpture, she explores themes including care, grief, tenderness, and desire. She also has a strong material and conceptual interest in objects and the forms of community connection that emerge through them.
Her work has been presented in solo exhibitions at Centre d'Art La Panera (Lleida, 2024) and TACA (Palma, 2025), as well as in group exhibitions at venues including Casal Solleric (Palma, 2018), Studio Weil (Port d'Andratx, 2021), ACVIC (Vic, 2023), TOR Art Space (Frankfurt, 2023), MAC – Mataró Art Contemporani (Mataró, 2024 and 2025), gr_und (Berlin, 2024), and Galeria Fran Reus (Palma, 2024).
In 2021, she was awarded the Homesession Exchange Grant, followed by the Art for Change Grant (2022) from Fundación "la Caixa" in collaboration with Centre d'Art La Panera (Lleida). She has participated in residency programmes including Illes d'Art (Menorca, 2017), Espais C (Barcelona, 2019–2021), Centro d'Arte e Natura di Civitella di Licenza (Licenza, Italy, 2021), Entorns (Lles de Cerdanya, Lleida, 2023), and Can Serrat (Barcelona, 2024).
